Stress affects us all. A small amount can be stimulating, enjoyable even. But our mental health and well-being can and will be impacted if either the external environment places unhealthy amounts of pressure on us and/or we develop unhelpful responses and thought patterns. Recognising our own ‘stress signature’ and being able to spot the signs and symptoms of possible deteriorating mental health in others can be hugely beneficial. Equally important is identifying forms of support - both self-care, and if needed, professional help.
At humantalk, we offer courses and coaching to help develop your resilience and promote positive mental health and well-being. This includes training accredited by community interest company, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.All our trainers delivering Heathtalk programmes are licensed by MHFA England.
